"San Luis Obispo Sportsmen's Association."  They have just built a very nice (expensive) 9 bay range.  The name of the new range is, "Hogue Grips Action Pistol Range."  The new range is part of the San Luis Obispo Sportsmen's Association Shooting Complex.  In addition to Action Pistol, the range features:
